For the accountant who closes several restaurants
One login, each restaurant isolated, a balanced monthly journal you import into your system. We say what is live now and what comes later.
What we promise, line by line
- One login for every client restaurant, each isolated; you switch between them, never merge them.Live now
- Every figure traces to its row in the original file, the file's fingerprint (SHA-256) and who approved it.Live now
- A balanced monthly journal on your chart of accounts, for Qoyod, Wafeq or Zoho Books; commission VAT sits in a holding account (1302) until you enter the Jahez invoice.Live nowWith the VAT basis printed on the entry. In development
- Every export carries its period, the files included, who generated it and when.In development
The monthly journal
The period's app sales as entries on your chart of accounts: sales, output VAT (if registered), app commission, payment fees and their VAT, restaurant-funded offers, fines and compensations, and delivery app receivables.
Account codes are defaults until you set yours on the accounts page. Export as CSV or Excel.
If Jahez deducts the 45.17 VAT on its commission from the payout, expect 1,355.07 in the bank and 28.0 % in deductions · check Jahez's invoice.
Real pilot month
VAT
- Today: a "prices include VAT" setting and the 15% split in the journal, only if you are VAT-registered. The accounting decision stays yours.Live now
- The VAT basis per channel (inclusive, exclusive, separate invoice) and the tax-invoice number on the entry. In development
FoodBooth is not an accounting system and gives no tax advice; the journal is a draft you review.
Your access at each client
The owner invites you from the Team page with the accountant role. If your email already has a FoodBooth account, the restaurant is added to that same login. Your access can be scoped to some outlets only (an outlet is one brand at one branch).
