How your numbers reach FoodBooth
No integration needed to start. You begin with the files you already download from each app's merchant portal, and every figure leads back to its row.
Three steps
Send one month of reports
From each app you use: the financial report and the transactions report, with the commission rates in your contracts.
We reconcile it line by line
Every order by its number, every fine and compensation from the second file joined to its order, and nothing counts until you review and approve it.
Decide on your own numbers
A 30-minute session on your month; you keep the report. The proposal comes after, not before.
How files get in, and the status of each
- Upload from the browser, phone or desktop
- The two Jahez files, financial and transactions, as CSV.
- Live now
- Upload HungerStation, Keeta, Mrsool and POS files
- Each app's parser is built from one merchant's real export; your sample opens the channel for you and every restaurant on it.
- Needs a sample from you
- The receiving API for your POS vendor
- Orders or daily summaries pushed to us directly.
- Live now
- Forward the settlement statement
- To your company's own inbox.
- In development
- A direct order feed from the app
- Keeta first, after each platform's approval.

How much of your time?
- Today
- Download the app's two reports and upload them, minutes per app per month, by you or a branch manager.
- Later
- Forward the statement by email, then nothing at all once a feed is approved.
Nothing counts before review
The same file twice never doubles an order, and a 1–31 report after a 1–29 report never doubles one: the order number is the de-duplication key.
The date format is declared per column, and any file whose dates fall outside its period is rejected. "8/05/2026" never becomes 8 May.
Exceptions in plain language, one approve button. After that, every figure leads back to its file row, the file's fingerprint and who approved it.
What reaches you every morning
In developmentAn email at 07:00, five lines:
- Sales per app for the latest approved period
- What is due to you and the deduction rate
- The same period before it
- One alert (commission variance, missing report, store offline) or "nothing needs you today"
- One link
It arrives once each new report is approved: daily uploaders get it every morning, monthly uploaders when each month is approved.
By email at launch, per user, opt-in. WhatsApp is in development too.
What FoodBooth is not
Not a POS, not accounting, not inventory, not order management, not ZATCA invoicing. It reads what your systems already produce and exports the journal to your accounting system.
