Total deductions 481.76 SAR = 25.6% of sales, on a 16% commission (from the file).
Every deduction rate on this site uses one basis: gross sales including VAT, here SAR 1,882.00.
"Due to you" is calculated from the app's two files. Once the app's settlement statement matches it, the platform shows it as "Actually received".
Of every SAR 100 sold on Jahez, SAR 74.40 is due to the restaurant
Each part is rounded to 2 decimals; with the rounding line the parts sum to exactly 100.00: 74.40 + 25.60.
The Jahez bar alone, from the real pilot month; the other channels fill in when you add their reports.
What is due to you takes two files; neither is enough alone
The financial report gives 1,428.24. The transactions report gives the 28.00 in fines and compensations, raised hours or days after the order. The two are matched by order number.
The row formula, gross − commission − fees − fee VAT − offers = restaurant amount, held on 43 of 43 orders.
An API-only integration would have reported 16%.
And about 28%, on one condition
Where VAT on commission is invoiced to a store that is not VAT-registered: 15% × 301.12 = 45.17, so the deduction becomes 526.93 of 1,882.00, or 28.0%. The condition is part of the figure.
The pilot store has no VAT number; Jahez's invoice decides which of the two figures holds.
The date trap, caught before it counts
8/05/2026
5 August in one file, 8 May in the other, from the same app. FoodBooth declares the date format per column and rejects any file whose dates fall outside its period. In the API test on 7 October 2026 the same date was rejected.
