The service
FoodBooth is a reporting and settlement platform: it reads app and POS files, reconciles them, shows the net per channel and exports a journal. It is not a POS, accounting, inventory, order-management or ZATCA invoicing system, and gives no accounting or tax advice.
The proposal and the trial
No public price. The proposal sets the size, outlets, term, price, VAT and SLA, and is valid for 30 days. The trial period's length is stated in the proposal.
Your data is yours
Your restaurant's data belongs to your restaurant. Full export in open formats at any time and at contract end. We use it only to run the service for you and share it only with operating providers. Hosting location: we state it here before commercial launch.
Accuracy and review
Figures are computed from your files by deterministic rules. No figure counts until its file is approved; files support approved on your behalf count, and closing waits for your confirmation. The settlement statement and the app's tax invoice are the financial reference; the journal is a draft your accountant reviews. Any reported wrong figure is corrected, and the correction is recorded in the activity log.
Your side
You enter your correct contract rates and files, keep your login details safe, and set your team's permissions. The people you invite are your responsibility.
When it ends
When the subscription ends or is terminated, a grace period starts, its length set in your contract. After the grace period the account becomes read-only, then the data is hidden after a period set in your contract. It is never deleted except at your written request, and you can always export your data.
Payment
Monthly or yearly through base-solutions.co/pay (MyFatoorah), or by invoice and payment link by email. VAT: your proposal states whether the price includes VAT, and tax invoices follow ZATCA requirements where they apply.
Service level
Availability, support and response times are in the SLA attached to your proposal, with its figures set in that proposal. Until then: a written reply within one business day at Info@Base-solutions.com.
Liability
We exercise professional care and do not bear commercial decisions taken on reports not yet matched to a settlement statement. The liability cap is set in your contract after legal review.
Governing law
The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The forum for disputes is set in your contract after legal review.
